HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MATCH A FAMILY WITH A NANNY?
For a Nanny our current wait time is 1-2 weeks. For an Au Pair our current wait time is 2-4 weeks.
WHAT IS THE GOING RATE FOR A NANNY?
All of our childcare providers have their own rates. On average it is between $30-$45 per hour.
CAN I USE NDIS FUNDING?
Yes! We are not an official provider, however you can claim using your or your child’s NDIS plan through us.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU PLACE A NANNY/ AU PAIR WITH OUR FAMILY AND IT DOESN'T WORK OUT?
We have a two month probation period. Within this time if the employment does not work out with your Nanny/ Au Pair we will investigate and find a replacement free of charge.
WHAT DOES YOUR VETTING PROCESS INCLUDE?
A comprehensive process of checking our childcare providers references and documents. We interview all childcare workers prior to placing them with a family.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT TYPE OF ROLE I NEED?
