For Families

To begin the search for your ideal Nanny or Au Pair, a finder’s fee is required. This allows us to source, screen, and carefully vet candidates matched to your family’s specific needs.

Upon successful placement, a placement fee is charged, reflecting the expertise and personalised care involved in securing the right long-term match.

Once placed, the employment relationship is directly between you and your nanny, with wages paid to them directly. We provide initial guidance to ensure a smooth setup.

Please note: Finder’s and placement fees apply to family placements only and do not apply to babysitting services.

For International Placements

For families seeking placements abroad, we offer a comprehensive international placement service. This is charged as a one-off fee, covering the sourcing, vetting, coordination, and support required to successfully secure a placement across borders.

For Agencies

We proudly collaborate with partner agencies both domestically and internationally. There are no upfront fees for agencies. Our partnerships are built on transparency, professionalism, and mutual trust, ensuring a smooth and efficient placement process for shared clients.
