Terms and Conditions effective from March 4th, 2024:

 

1. Bespoke Nannies Co ('we', 'us', 'our') operates as a service-based business in Perth, Western Australia, providing bespoke childcare solutions tailored to individual families' needs.

 

2. All of our childcare providers are professional, experienced, and thoroughly vetted to ensure the safety and well-being of the children under their care.

 

3.(a)  A non-refundable finders fee is charged for all nanny and au pair services, which is payable upon engagement with our services. A placement fee is due when the nanny is confirmed and begins working with the family.

3.(b) Should you have a change of mind/circumstances and no longer require our services, prior to the placement fee being due, you will be charged a $200 cancellation fee. ​​

 

4. For babysitting services, we charge a $49 booking fee per booking. Alternatively, families can opt to purchase a 6-month service package for a maximum of 8 bookings at $249 or a 12-month service package for up to 15 bookings at $449. By purchasing our 6 or 12-month babysitting subscription service, clients acknowledge and agree that they are not permitted to engage directly with the babysitters provided by Bespoke Nannies Co for any private arrangement until after the completion of all bookings that have been paid for within the service package.

**Babysitting Booking Fee Policy**

• 1. **Non-Refundable Booking Fee:** The Booking Fee required to secure a babysitting role through Bespoke Nannies Co is strictly non-refundable. This policy applies irrespective of the circumstances leading to the cancellation of the booking by the family. Whether due to a change of plans, a decision to no longer require our services, or any other reason not attributable to Bespoke Nannies Co, the Booking Fee will not be reimbursed.

   

• 2. **Exception for Unfilled Roles:** Notwithstanding the above, Bespoke Nannies Co acknowledges that exceptional circumstances may arise where we are unable to fulfill our commitment to provide a suitable babysitter for the agreed role. In such unlikely events, recognizing our responsibility and commitment to our clients, Bespoke Nannies Co will issue a full refund of the Booking Fee to the family. This refund policy applies exclusively to situations where the failure to provide service is solely due to the limitations on part of Bespoke Nannies Co.

   

• 3. **Communication of Non-Fulfillment:** In cases where Bespoke Nannies Co is unable to secure a babysitter for a designated booking, the family will be notified promptly. The process for the refund of the Booking Fee under these circumstances will be initiated immediately upon confirmation of the inability to fulfill the role.

   

By accepting our terms and conditions, the client acknowledges understanding and agreement with this Booking Fee Policy, recognizing its provisions as a binding aspect of the service agreement with Bespoke Nannies Co.

 

5. Each nanny or au pair service will undergo an 8 week probation period following the payment of the placement fee. This includes any trial period. If, for any reason, the family is unhappy with their choice during this time, we will offer a replacement free of charge. The placement fee itself is non refundable. 

 

6. All childcare providers must be over 18 years of age and hold a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC), a full driver's license, a police clearance, a first aid certificate, and two relevant references.

 

7. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or family that we deem unsuitable for our services.

 

8. We do not guarantee the availability of a specific nanny or au pair at all times, as this is subject to the availability of our providers.

 

9. Payment for our services must be made in full before the commencement of the childcare services.

 

- Upon payment of the finder's fee, the family acknowledges and agrees that the full placement fee must be paid in advance of any childcare services being provided by the nanny. No services will commence until the placement fee has been received in full by Bespoke Nannies Co. This policy ensures a seamless and committed engagement between the family and the selected childcare professional. 

 

 

 

10. We reserve the right to amend our terms and conditions at any time, and it is the responsibility of the user to review this page periodically for any changes. These terms and conditions cannot be changed by anyone but Bespoke Nannies Co.

 

11. We will conduct 8-week courtesy calls to both the nanny and the families to ensure that everyone is happy with the services provided.

By accepting our terms and conditions, the client acknowledges understanding and agreement with this Booking Fee Policy, recognising its provisions as a binding aspect of the service agreement with Bespoke Nannies Co.

 

12. We charge an optional annual service fee of $99, payable annually from the payment of the placement fee. This fee provides ongoing support, communication, and welfare checks on both the nannies and families.

 

13. All information on both families and nannies, including personal details, remains strictly confidential.

 

14. Upon the commencement of a nanny's placement with a family following the payment of the placement fee, Bespoke Nannies Co is not liable for the nanny's actions, conduct, or performance. While we ensure that all our childcare providers are professional and vetted, the responsibility for monitoring and evaluating the nanny's behaviour and performance rests solely with the employing family once the placement begins.

 

The Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in relation to the Website or Portal, you agree that the exclusive venue for resolving any dispute shall be in the courts of Western Australia.
